Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Scroll down and uncheck the box for fast startup. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on  and try to load sense again. Jack E/NJ

I tried but it did not work for me. Could the latest Windows Update be the cause?

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click SystemRestore button. Click 'next'. Check for an automatic Win10 update restore point with a date/time stamp that coincides with when the issue started. Jack E/NJ
