I am looking to upgrade to a GXt 1060 but am unsure of whether my psu will be enough or if it will have the right pins free for it. as the 1650 is powered from the PCie slot. reason for upgrading is the current gpu is overheating and the fan does not seem to spin for some reason. I have looked at another users post and found a list of okay cards but am unsure if I will need to change power supply also. Any advice is welcomed thanks

The Nvidia GTX 1060 is an inferior card and not as good as the Nvidia GTX 1650. The Nvidia GTX 1650 requires a 300W PS and the Nvidia GTX 1060 requires a 400W PS, so your 500W will be ok forboth.Your 500W PS will fit both cards and have the same pins.
