Why isn't the option to turn Bluetooth on? How do I fix this? Aspire V3-772

Hello!  Previously I've been able to connect my Airpods to my computer via Bluetooth, but recently, whenever I try to connect them, it says "Bluetooth is turned off".  The button to turn the Bluetooth on is no longer there and I can't figure out how to turn it back on.  I've tried updating and restarting the computer.  I tried troubleshooting Bluetooth and it first says "Enable Device: Turn on Bluetooth USB Module".  I clicked "Apply this fix" but it says that it was unable to automatically fix the issues it found.  The issues were "Check Bluetooth radio status" and "Bluetooth USB Module device is disabled".  I'm still able to connect my Airpods to other devices such as my phone, so I'm assuming this is solely a computer problem.  Something else I tried was going to device management and updating the Bluetooth driver, but it says my computer already has the best driver installed.  Please help. . .

    Hi @hrp06

Since there is no option to toggle on the bluetooth option you can try to re install the bluetooth drivers from the device manager. But before re installing the bluetooth drivers make sure that you have selected the appropriate drivers. Please find the below pic for re installing the drivers from the device manager.

Please find the appropriate driver before un uninstalling it. After you un install the drivers you should reboot the computer and check with it.

Hope it will help you in some way.
