Acer Nitro 5 Battery AWFUL!

Hey there,
I've had my Nitro 5 An515-51 for a couple of years now and the battery is terrible. It takes ages to charge and is super quick to drain. Not only that but if I unplug the laptop and move it slightly, there's a chance it will power off altogether and not turn back on until I plug it in. Just this morning, at 75%, the battery said it has 48 Minutes left.

I'm accustomed to opening up laptops and fixing them, so I've opened up the Nitro 5 a couple of times to install Ram and clean out all of the dust. I've also seen the battery and it seems to be connected properly. In Addition, I downloaded CPUID HWmonitor and the battery wear fluctuates from 19% to 23%.

I'm not sure if I should just find and buy a new battery, or buy a whole new laptop altogether. It doesn't help that a lot of the screws inside the laptop are stripped and are a massive pain to unscrew.

What I'm basically asking for is advice; does anyone know any techniques that can fix my battery, or know anywhere RELIABLE to buy a new one?
