Help Please! Helios 300 Double typing issue

Hey guys.. I seem to ran into an annoying problem with my Helios 300.  I bought my laptop 7 months ago and after about 1 month in it started to double type letters. It wasn't doing it very frequently but it was doing it so much that i got annoyed backspacing my words.  I googled a few potential fixes but none of them solved the problem.  So I sent in my laptop for repairs last month to Acer.  They had it for 4 weeks and were unable to duplicate the problem with the double typos.  I seem to have gotten the laptop back this friday and it still double types, but nowhere near as often as it used to when I sent it in for repairs.  I am thinking that some dust/debris might've gotten under some keys and when the laptop was being shipped in a box, during the shipping process it was flipped upside down a few times and the debris might've reloccated? OMG! there it is.. just double typed c for me.  Not bad as it only typed once this time during this whole paragraph.  So far, i tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and doing a fresh factory setting reinstall.  I have not tried to clean out potential possible dust under the keypads with alcohol because i dont want to accidentally break a key or something.  I'm not new to PC's.. I have built about 20 Desktops in my lifetime, but sadly am new to laptops.  I do not want to void any warranties so I dont want to perform any serious work on them.  Please help... What could be the issue causing the problem with the double typos.  For some reason it doesn't happen nowhere near as often as it used to before and it tends to happen when the cpu/gpu is stressed a lil bit in high intensive 3D games.  Any help here would be tremendously appreciated guys.

I tried all those things.  Sadly none of them worked but 1.  I downloaded the zechofix file and it seems to have solved my issue with the double typing.  My next dillema is.. What do i do? If the Zechofix file fixed my issue is this a hardware or a software thing and what does the file actually do? It's a small application that runs in the background.
