Hello,

I need your help with some settings between my laptop and my monitor.

I have the MSI Optix MAG321Curv Monitor connected to an ACER Aspire VX15 (i7, 8GB RAM, Geforce GTX1050ti, Win10) connected via HDMI.

The system settings (via graphic adapter settings) is set to 2560:1440 @ 60hz. At the desktop it shows running at 60Hz via the integrated MSI OSD. So the HDMI port and cable as well as the hdmi port at the monitor is able to run 60 Hz in this resolution (at higher resolutions only 30 Hz is availebale for the graphic adapter).

If I start RocketLeague (via EPIC Games Launcher), the monitor gets black for a short moment and restarts with the game running at 30 Hz (if I go back to the desktop its again running at 60 Hz). The video settings in RL are set to 2560:1440 as well, but even with 1920:1080 it is still running the monitor with 30 Hz. When I activate V-SYNC it locks the FPS to 30, which means that the monitor is realy only working with 30 Hz. With the rest of my RL-settings I am able to use 250 FPS for RL, which is wothless with 30 Hz.

I would like to play at 60 Hz with FPS cap arround 100, would be a good mix between performance and power of the laptop. (Works for example with RainbowSix Siege 60 Hz @ arround 150 - 200 FPS.)

But i do not find any option to start this game with 60 Hz and after trying for hours now I am done...

i would be happy to hear your thoughts and tipps to solve this issue.
