Battery Power

 This Acer 315 Chromebook Owner is experiencing a consistent display of 99% and caculating when viewing the battery power level. This started on September 26, 2020 at approximately 10:30 p.m. when preparing a Google Drive Document.

    That's not unusual, the OS tends to get slightly off with those numbers on occasion. Just ignore it unless it gets far enough off to impact the actual use. There were several iterations of the ChromeOS that got way off and then you pretty much had to reload the OS to clear the numbers back up.

    I have had other chromebooks do this and while it causes no problems it irritates my OCD. I've found if I unplug the chromebook and let the battery go down and then charge it, it will recharge the battery and show "Battery Full".
