Acer Aspire Z5710

Hi there,

I have an Acer Aspire Z5710 All-in-One pc. It keeps on turning off. I am almost sure it is an overheating problem. I have a standing fan that I put next to it, to try and remedy the problem, without any success. I have a Acer Ferrari laptop that had the same problem and that was sorted after I bought a laptop cooling pad.

I am unsure on how to go about sorting this problem. I have switched off the smartfan in the BIOS setup, but still no success.

Please help!

Most likely computer needs to be cleaned and thermal paste needs to be reapplied to CPU and fane. you will need a Tech to fix this problem unless your handy.
