Hello!

I have an Acer XB271HU connected to my 1080ti. I recently moved and set-up my rig in my new place. Everything great, except for some reason my DisplayPort isn't getting a signal. I have a 2nd monitor (Acer XB281HK) that is also connected via DP. I can occasionally get a signal from the DP port on the XB271HU where I can see it present on the Nvidia Control Panel, but it only registers at 24hz. But most of the time it doesn't register at all. HDMI works fine.

I've tried using the DP cable from my XB281HK, each of the 3 DP inputs on the video card, and bought a new Vesa-certified 1.4 cable. So, it doesn't seem to be a cable issue. All connections appear to be solid where the cable isn't loose at all. Nothing appears to be obstructing a the cable from clicking in firmly. I also downloaded the latest Nvida 1.3 and 1.4 DP firmware. There was an update, which I installed, but it didn't appear to fix the issue. I have the latest video driver installed too. I even tried to use an older driver from December 2019, but that didn't work either.

Seems like it could be a power issue, but I don't understand how to fix it, if it is indeed a power issue. Is it possible that the outlet in my house isn't providing enough power?

Any help would be appreciated.  There are similar issues I found online, but all those resolutions did not work for me.

Thank you.
