Predator P03-600 - Cannot Access BIOS

I've been trying to install Linux and I left only removable media as the only option for BOOT. I seem to be locked out and I can no longer get into bios to change it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I currently have power, everything is lit up, but there is nothing going to the monitors. I tried to remove the BIOS battery for 10 minutes and this did not work either.
