So I've been having terrible intermittent lag when I run games that seems like it might be some kind of throttling. Here's the thing though: it never happens when I'm on battery power. I know that the hardware runs at a lower capacity to save battery life when it isn't plugged in, so is there some way to trigger this even when it is plugged in?
