Serial Number and G Sync issue

Hi, this inquiry will be two topics. I want to be efficient so please bear with me. 

1. The Serial Number (Confirmed from the bottom of my Helios 300 and Acer Care App) is not recognized when I go to https://warranty.acer.com.ph/lookup it says "No data found or Serial Number is incorrect!". I bought mine last month from GilmoreOnline.Net (a Sub or PC Corner here in the Philippines). Receipt is available and I have also fill out the warranty registration few days back but have not received a response from Acer yet.

2. I have paired the laptop with an Asus TUF VG27AQ 1440p G-Sync monitor and I'm having an issue setting the game I'm playing on Full Screen 144z with G Sync on. When G-Sync is on, and I switch the game to full screen mode, the monitor will go black and will display no signal. I'm using a display port cable. What weird is that when G-Sync is off. I can run the same game full screen 1440p 144hz without any issues. Is this normal? Or is it a limitation of the mobile version of the RTX 2060.
