aspire 5 a515 - 52G the webcam does not work, led on black screen

with acer support we have tried them all, reinstall the image of wondows 10, update the BIOS but nothing to do, the led on the side is accessed but the screen is black. We have tried everything, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating drivers. Uninstall video card, reinstall, update driver ... nothing. Only solution they give me is to send in assistance. The notebook is barely 15 days old. Help!

    Fermez la machine, puis retournez-la et appuyez immédiatement sur et maintenez la touche ALT tout en tapant sur la touche F10. Un écran de récupération doit apparaître. Sélectionnez l'option pour effacer tout ACER factory reset. Si le problème persiste, alors c'est une panne matérielle probable. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez toujours retourner le système au vendeur comme défectueux pour un remboursement ou un échange sur un remplacement. Sinon, vous devez l'envoyer au service de réparation de la garantie ACER. Jack E/NJ

    Shut the machine off. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear. Select the option to erase everything ACER factory reset. If the problem persist, then it is a likely hardware failure. In this case, you may still be able to return the system to the vendor as defective for a refund or exchange on a replacement. If not, then you must send it to ACER warranty repair service.     Thanks for the answer and for the indications, but I could not find the ACER factory reset option in the procedure, I am attaching photos of the options that appear to me, in Italian

    so there is no solution I seem to understand other than to send the notebook for assistance as they have already indicated to me by acer support. I was hoping to solve somehow, since I'm sure that the first time after the purchase the camera worked perfectly, the notebook has exactly 30 days of life (and not 15 as I remembered) and having to send it already in service breaks me down. Thanks for the help anyway
