GF276AQ : experience with ACER warranty services. THE worse.service. ever.

I shipped out my 27'' GF276AQ Gaming monitor for repair. It had a 1 dead pixel far left coroner and the casing was lose. They said i had to pay for the shipping to the repair center, in which the closest on to me is the Burnaby Canada location. A week later they sent my monitor back to me with a black splotch on the far left and a giant eyelash inside my monitor.

Gave Customer Service a call and they refuse to pay shipping to have it repaired.The worse customer service I've ever received in my life. Has anyone have similar experiences and is there a solution to this?
