Battery issue while gaming

I have been using Predator PH 315-51 for just over a year now (13 months to be precise). Many times I have faced this problem which is: whenever I play FIFA with battery plugged in and there's less charge on it (say about 20-30%), the game lags, the charging indicator blinks and the charging becomes very slow (it tells more than 2 hours for full charge). But, whenever the charge left in the battery is quite high, the problem isn't there. So, anyone could help me solve this problem? What can I do to solve this issue?

    Laptop will lag in graphics intensive games when battery is less than 40% because then graphics processor doesn't boost. As far as battery charging slower is concerned, it should also be slow without gaming. Try taking time of each 10% charged. If still then calibration issue might be there.
