My Acer Predator PH317-52 is performing very slow and heating even on startup, no graphic accelerated software is running, it's taking 3-4 second to make a refresh from right click on the desktop screen. Window explorer is taking more than 5 seconds to open and same for the close.

dineshk have u optimised your windows properly and undervolted check here  if no please do so and if even after undervolting your temps are more than 85'ish on cpu and 70/75 on dgpu max (check your temps with hwinfo/hwmonitor/msi AB etc...) you  would need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty otherwise send it to acer to get it repasted with stock paste also check if you have any virus that might had affected the OS assuming youre running from the m.2 ssd of course  or even any latest windows updates that might had caused it and remove/uninstall them also disable windows from updating any drivers/firmware or even completely if you wish to either way good luck :)
