Hi Acer Community

My Acer 5951G works great but it stops charging the battery as soon as i start anything
I figured out one thing tho, if I kill all applications and then take out the charger from the wall socket and wait until the green light stops flashing
then I can put it back in the wall socket and it start charging again (if I do not start anything)
I know there is a answer, sort of, by the wizard called JackE but it was only sent as PM so nothing on the thread to read about so...

Pls JackE or anyone else, help me, how do i fix this

How many anythings are you trying to start and then kill all of them? And what's your remaining 100% battery capacity compared to its originally-designed 100% capacity. Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Compare design full charge design capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible.
