Title says it all.
Does the Spin 3 SP315-51 model come with active stylus support?
I saw somewhere that a surface pen might work, although any active pen will do.

Thanks in advance.

Using Acer's normal branding, it would be a SP315-51N if it supported an active stylus, so it should be capacitive only (finger or blunt stylus).

I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by active stylus and blunt stylus.
Would I be able to use any kind of stylus that doesn't need charging on the SP315-51 laptop?

    Thanks :)

Yes and no. Active styluses usually come with a battery or are rechargeable, but there some now that are battery-free.
Essentially, active stylus pens have a hard plastic tip and electronic parts in them that allow communication with a computer or tablet; such as having pressure sensitivity or shortcut buttons. Blunt stylus pens, also known as passive or capacitive stylus pens, have a soft rubber tip that works in exactly the same way your finger would.

You cannot use active styluses with a computer or tablet that do not support them. In this case, the laptop does not, so I'd recommend either looking for a passive stylus, or a device that supports active pens if you are planning to draw things that need high precision, as passive pens are not so good at that.
