Predator G9-591 lags and freezes after start up

Hello everyone!

It's a been a few months I'm having this issue. The laptop starts lagging for a few seconds; the cursor moves very slowly, touchpad and the keyboard don't respond and the system freezes. However, some FN commands still work (FN+F4 to FN+ F8)

The only way which helps is to push the power button for 5-10 seconds to perform full shutdown and restart the system. After another time it happened, I was waiting for 15 minutes, and  the system showed a blue screen with error code [INTERNAL POWER ERROR] and restarted the system. 

It happens only when I restart the system or start up after the shutdown. If I turn it on after hibernation everything works fine.

There were some solutions  I tried to use, but I can't say if they really helped, because it happens to my laptop sometimes once in a week, sometimes once in 3 weeks, sometimes every day.

What's done: 1) Unchecked "Fast Start Up", 2) Increased pagefile.sys, 3) Did error checking of both SSD and HDD - windows says no problem, 4) Checked HDD, SSD and the battery on Acer Care Center - shows everything's Good, 5) Did a battery pinhole reset - this one seems helpful for one or two weeks, 6) Rolled back to the previous windows update, but still had the issue.

Are there any more solutions I can try before I start searching a service center?

Andy2535 any latest windows updates that might have caused it if so roll back if u can or uninstall them acer care center its useless only good to check your snid and serial nothing else last resort backup whatever u need and perform a stock recovery clean install ALT+F10 on boot your bsod its usually a driver issue so a stock recovery should rule out any software issues  good luck
