Hello everyone,

I have purchased my Swift 3 in May and due to corona I have been using it as a "desktop" and encountered no problems. Recently my mobility has increased and I realized a problem where the wifi & bluetooth cuts off time to time. After trying many things I decided that it is a hardware problem and I can reproduce it:

If I put the laptop on my lap, or type in a way that applies pressure in the middle part of the laptop, or overall, the pressure of the casing changes on the middle part of the laptop, the wifi module stops working.

I tried everything from reinstalling the drivers to disabling the device and enabling it back from the device manager. The only thing that gets it working again is shutting my computer down, plugging it off power, waiting 20 seconds, and turning it back on. But of course, unless I set the computer to the table and carefully use it, the internet gets cut off quickly again.

Since it has been longer than 30 days I cannot get a replacement. I have read a similar forum where people sent their laptops for this issue to warranty but it reoccurred after a while, therefore I am asking here to see if anyone knows a solution that I can try myself.

Thanks!
