Trying to adjust my desk with this ginormous 43 inch beast so I need to drop my PC off the surface and place it down under the desk drawers on my desks bottom shelf. I'm trying to plug my logitech G105 keyboard into one of the side USB 3.0 ports of my CG7. But when I do the keyboard doesn't power on. In the monitor's settings under system, the USB 3.0 is greyed out and set to off. How do I enable it?

NM. lol I'm a dummy. I should have already known if all I have going from monitor to PC was a single displayport cable I can't run USB off it. I plugged in a type A to type B USB upstream cable and now the keyboard works. The USB 3.0 option in monitor settings is still greyed out and off so I have no idea what that does. But whatever it's working now.

They have had some SKUs with a webcam, those would have used USB for the cam and mic. The ports that you can plug into are just a USB hub to allow convenient connection, especially if you have to move the PC itself down on the floor. :)
