All  video and audio is in slow-motion?  Has anyone else ever encountered this problem on R721-T?

    Hi @SusanSorrells

This problem usually appears when your PC system configuration is not powerful enough to play high quality videos.

1---> try to Update video card drivers using Windows Update:

    · Open Start menu.

    · Click on Settings icon.

    · Select Windows Update & Security.

    · Click Check for updates. Any video drivers found will be updated.

2 ----> Update drivers manually via Device Manager:

    · Right click on Start button. Select Device Manager

    · Double click on Display adapters

    Image for post
Device Manager>Display Adapters to update driver

    · Right click on your video driver and click Update driver.

Click accept if this was useful to you!! :)

Needless to say, Windows tips won't give you much help on a Chromebook. :)
Does the issue happen when viewing something that's been downloaded to the system already, or only while streaming from the web? Have you tried a powerwash yet?

Try downloading a video and stream locally. I'd like to either show it to be the network speed or the system speed that's the issue.
