Is the Intel AX200 NGW (by Fenvi) compatible with the 2018 Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-51-78NP

I have installed the Intel AX200 NGW [8/23/2020] M.2 key E and key A card on a 2018 Helios 300 and the WIFI works but I am unable to get Bluetooth to install properly.  There may be a compatibility issue.  Before installing I did not check any manufacturer compatibility list.  I do not know where one is.

I have not fully tested the WIFI 6 but it still connects to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks (WIFI 5).  The Bluetooth will not connect and Windows shows it as disabled.  It shows up under "Other Devices" in device manager.  I installed the drivers available from Intel for both WIFI and Bluetooth.  It still showed up under "Other Devices."  I then attempted to have Windows find a driver and install it.  This did not fix the problem.

I am looking for the experience of others.  Is there a known compatibility list for WIFI upgrades?  I would consider an alternative instead of troubleshooting this one.  It could be compatibility or a bad device.

Laptop specs: Acer Predator Helios PH315-51-78NP with the following upgrades: 2TB XPG Gen 3x4 NVME SSD, 32GB GSkill 2666 MHZ 19-19-19-43 DDR4 memory, Intel M.2 AX200 NGW WIFI 6 + Bluetooth 5.1

What I’ve found allot of time is by pressing either the F3 key or the F3 + Fn keys together will activate wifi/bt, so see if that activates your BT feature of the Intel AX200 NGW card? If it doesn’t work, uninstall the drivers that you have and install the OEM Intel Acer drivers from here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7603?b=1 and see if that works?

If all that doesn’t work check the way that the card is installed or the card might be damaged so replace it or replace it with a Qualcomm Atheros (that is the other compatible card) for this laptop, which I have no idea what model that is?

As of 9/16/2020, I have removed the Fenvi WIFI 6 card.  When I went to plug in a mouse, I found that it had disabled my USB ports.  I tested them and chose to remove the card.  I replaced it with the original WIFI 5 card, and everything went back to normal.  I am considering trying whatever the Intel 10000 series-based Predator Helios 300s have for WIFI 6.

I have solved the same exact problem by shielding two pins on AX200 Network card using insulation tape and have attached a image of the same for your reference.
