I currently have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop that my grandpa gave to me a few days ago. He said it was slow and if I can fix it I can have it, he also mentioned it would randomly reset on him a few times. So I reset the laptop thinking it would get rid of this problem, but after a few hours of use it began to restart randomly again. So I decided to do a clean reset again since I barely had anything on the laptop thinking this would fix my problem. It gave me an error in the middle of the reset and now I'm stuck ok an Automatic Repair Loop (aka blue screen of death) and now I can't login, do a clean reset, or go into safe mode. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi @SameBluStar

Try to power drain the unit so that you will be able to login
    • Unplug the AC power adapter.
    • Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
    • Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.
