Manjaro Linux Display with 4K TV Problem, not "extended" display?

My PC is Aspire TC-885-UA91.
The on board graphics is Intel UHD 630, having one VGA port and two HDMI ports.
I have dual monitors (1080p) plugged to the VGA port and one HDMI port.
The third port (second HDMI port) is plugged to a 4K TV as an extended display in addition to the dual monitors.

With Windows 10, all three displays are fine. The three displays are also fine with Ubuntu based Linux versions.
However, there are some problems with Manjaro Linux. I have tried to install Manjaro twice, one time with the 4K TV on,
the other time with the 4K TV off. Both cases resulted in the dual monitors being displayed as part of the 4K TV,
that is, each 1080p monitor occupy one quarter the area of the 4K TV.

The VGA monitors was selected to be the primary display, and the other two were extended. In display settings, I was not able to drag the 4K TV
outside the area of the two 1080p monitors. Once the 4K TV is on, the two 1080p monitors are enclosed in the 4K TV area.
So the 4K TV is not "Extended" , but acted like primary.

Since Manjaro is a rolling release, I would like to keep it permanently mounted to my PC and having other Linux versions installed
to mobile devices.

Anyone use the same PC found some way to avoid this problem with Manjaro?
