Your ‘Secure Boot’ has been disabled and that is why you get the message "non bootable device" you can enable it by:

    • Click on the security tab in the BIOS settings.
    • If you cant get into the “Secure Mode” option then “Set Supervisor password” which should open the ‘Secure Boot’ oprtions, you can disabl this after.
    • Use the Up and Down arrow to choose the secure boot option
    • Select the option using Arrows and change the secure boot from Disabled to Enabled
    • Press Enter
    • Save your work and exit.

What are the specs of your Aspire Z3-615, are you running an Intel i5 or i7 CPU, HDD, Win-10 etc and what format is your HDD is it MBR/Legacy or GPT/UEFI type? Also what BIOS are you running on the Aspire Z3-615? Is it the last Version: P11.A2L Date: 2014/07/02? As with "No boot device found" could be that your BIOS disables the ‘Secure Boot’ and that is why you get the message "No boot device found" you can enable it by:

    • Click on the security tab in the BIOS settings.
    • If you cant get into the “Secure Mode” option then “Set Supervisor password” which should open the ‘Secure Boot’ oprtions, you can disabl this after.
    • Use the Up and Down arrow to choose the secure boot option
    • Select the option using Arrows and change the secure boot from Disabled to Enabled
    • Press Enter
    • Save your work and exit.

This should give you the options at BIOS in the "Boot" section and the "Boot Mode - [UEFI]" and "Secure Boot - [Enabled]" and the "Boot priority order: with all your boot options so that you can reboot and get into your HDD OP system.

If this does not fix your problem then run CHKDSK to check and repair SSD bad sectors or check if your HDD is faulty and/or its connections are connected properly and/or not faulty. All storage components spinner HDD) or SSD should be checked and CHKDSK should be run to check and repair HDD/SSD bad sectors and analyses their status of ‘bad sectors’
