Hi,

The Acer Spin 3 Convertible Laptop with a 14 inch screen seems like an ideal laptop for me. The specs are amazing and I would have bought it in a heartbeat if I saw a 1TB version available. My previous laptop was a Macbook Pro and it had 1 Terabyte of internal storage. I save a lot of files, and although I can use external hard drives, an internal hard drive with enough storage is preferable. It's the most convenient and I don't have to worry about taking an external harddrive with me wherever I go or about the privacy of my files being compromised. Additionally, I want to do some 3D modeling work on the laptop and these files usually take up a lot of space. So, 1TB of storage seems like the safest amount of storage for 3D modeling.

This particular laptop from Acer seems really amazing and perfect. The 14 inches touchscreen looks like the best size. If this laptop ever gets offered in 1TB, I would jump to buy it right away. I don't mind if I have to pay more for a higher amount of internal storage. Right now, it's still my favorite laptop out of all of the other ones that I've researched, but I'm a little unsure about whether or not to buy it, simply because I worry that I will run out of storage. I doubt 512GB will be enough storage for me. I prefer 1TB to be on the safe side for the work that I want to do. 1 TB performed well for me in my previous laptop and I wish I could have the same amount on my new laptop. Everything considered, the hardware on this laptop is better than on my Macbook Pro. This really matters because I want to work with 3D programs, as well as other software for creating graphics. But I really hope that a 1TB version will become available because that would turn this laptop from great to perfect.

Is there any chance that Acer will offer this specific laptop with 1TB of internal storage?

Thank you!

Which Spin 3 models are you looking at? Some support both the smaller SSD and a larger HDD. They likely put the SSD in by default due to the increased speed.
