So here's my problem, last week i was playing a game on my Acer Predator Helios 300 G3 571 and i usually when i play games i have my laptop plugged in to the electricity, but all of a sudden it started disconnecting and connecting every 5 seconds or so when it is at 100%. The laptop still works fine if i don't have it plugged in, just running with the battery, but thats not good to play games and use 3D software like Maya and ZBrush. When the battery reaches 100% is when this problem keeps happening.
I thought the power adapter wasn't working properly so i bought a new one from Amazon but the problem keeps happening. So the power adapter is not the problem here. I've also tried to uninstall and install the Microsoft AC Adapter and the Microsoft ACPI from the Device Management but didn't work.
Is there any way to fix this problem? Is it the battery that is not working properly? Should I replace it? Where can i get a new one?
Also what other computers can i put a Samsung Evo 860 SSD. (I just bought a new one to use with my predator helios 300) if i cannot fix this problem I'll have to get a new computer that i can put the SSD in.
