    Dear StevenGen,

I believe if he actively  perform a "Scandisk" and "Chkdsk" will probably solve the problem. What do you think?

But I already restart my computer, while starting up it says "Skip disk checking, press any key within 8 seconds(s)" and then "Scanning and repairing drive(C):.." but It didn't make any progress, then it start up. And the problem in picture is still showing.

It might take as much as several hours to do the full scan and repair. Just let it continue without aborting it.

    Dear Jerome123,

     Try this.
In the search field of the task bar, type Command Prompt, and choose to run as administrator.
Once in, type: chkdsk, this will check you HDD for errors. Be patience, it will take some time.
There should be some indication of the checking progress.

Once done, type: exit to exit the command prompt.

Jerome123 first, what type of HDD are you using? Give us the brand name and model number, as there are allot of manufacturers that have their own software that will tell you the exact status of your HDD condition and/or if the HDD is faulty.

In Win-10 the best way to keep your HDD in good condition is to use the CHKDSK utility. This program checks your disk and fixes hard drive errors. CHKDSK scans the hard drive, corrects logical sector errors, marks bad sectors that cannot be fixed, and moves data to safe, healthy places on the hard drive. It's a handy tool, but this utility does not operate automatically and it's possible it can get stuck.

By the caption above that you have provided CHKDSK utility has checked your HDD and its checked that “There is nothing wrong with your HDD” as you have ZERO “0” kb in bad sectors. To stop that error message coming up, go back to “Security part where you are getting that message and “Turn off message about drive status” as that will stop that warning coming up, simple.

I really don't know what type of HDD I have in my computer, I thinks its manufacturer's HDD. But thankfully I no longer receive notification about error drives. So is there any problem with my HDD? And if not why I also see this 2 picture whenever I open or restart my computer, it start when the notification about the error drives comes up.

    Dear Jerome123,

It had been more than a decade that I hadn't been running CHKDSK command and I even threw away my DOS command manual. Kind of forgetting the parameters to be used.

This time try this (as the PC tried to remind us to use this parameter):

    Chkdsk /f

; I believe that/f stands for fixing, should have better result.

Actually sir I already did that in command prompt, It just simply restart the computer but It also shows this "Skip disk checking, press any key within 8 second(s)" and after this it shows this "Scanning and repairing drive(C):.." after this, it began to start up, like nothing happened, and not show any percentage of progress.
