Acer predator, helios 300. Test your Microphone keeps running but i'm not talking

hello, I have Acer predator, helios 300.

today my windows had some updates to do so I updated all the updates. after I restarted my laptop my microphone isn't working well.

I'm using a headset, I can her but I can't talk.

now, when I'm going to the options -> sounds -> test your microphone, the test keeps running but I'm not talking (see picture).

I tried to check it with a friend in discord and he told me he keeps hearing bzzzzzz noises as the old tv does with the grey screen mode.

and when I'm trying to troubleshoot it says "no jack information available" even after I'm plugging in my headset.

I couldn't found any information about this issue online.
