Camera shows my face dark, full black when I join MS Teams Aspire 3 A315-56.

Yesterday I got my new Aspire 3 A315-56. When I join MS teams, in waiting room I am able to see myself clearly, but when I join the meet my video shows my face whole black.
steps taken- fully illuminated room, yet after joining get poor results. Help me how to stop this black problem of camera

Sign into your MS TEAMS account and check that its settings are default and not dark or high contrast mode. Jack E/NJ

I have same problem - first 10-15  minutes on teams video all camera picture is clear and then goes dark (my face is still there but it likes in the dark room). After I switch off teams and go on windows camera app it remains dark. It goes back to normal after I restart computer but then it all goes all over again :-(((((( Please help as I need to use video calls for my work!!

Since we haven't heard back from MARUT01   I can only repeat my suggestion that, if you haven't done so already, to sign into your MS TEAMS account and check that its settings are default and not dark or high contrast mode.  Jack E/NJ

No, the issue was sorted using setings in camera. The screen was dark on ms teams and zoom also. You need to change settings in camera app. I watched video on youtube and it worked
