Hello everyone! Bit of a problem here:

I've had the Acer Predator Monitor - Model #XB271HU for a few years, everything's fine. I finally have enough peripherals to need to use the built-in USB ports to the monitor, and much to my dismay I've discovered that no USB ports work. It does not matter the peripheral (keyboard, mouse, mic, camera, streamdeck, etc.) or which port (either on the side or bottom), nothing is recognized by the system or even gets power.

So far I have:
- Updated the OS & Drivers that I could
- Attempted to download new drivers from Acer's website (no luck, only Win8 supported and the driver package has no .exe)
- Discovered that my Windows 10 System has the monitor listed as a "Generic PnP Monitor" for whatever that's worth
- Spent 5 minutes ugly crying. Just. real sobbing hours up in here rn.
- Checked the manual and realized that there's absolutely no explanation as to how to use the USBs or anything. No luck there.

If anyone can make some suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it!
