Hi all. Hopefully you can help.
We had a huge thunderstorm last night and now my pc won’t turn on.
I have checked all cords, power etc and that’s all good.
I have changed the fuse in the main plug, attempted the no power holding down button with no result.
The pc was plugged into a surge protector not not really sure what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

That's some surge protector you have there...

Anyway, being an AIO PC, I'm unaware if it ships with a power brick, a power adapter that plugs into the machine, or it has the power supply unit inside and it's just a bare cable connected to the mains.

If it has a power adapter, and you have a multimeter at hand, you might want to check its output, verifying it outputs the correct voltage and it hasn't been fried during the thunderstorm. If you have no multimiter, would it be possible for you to get another adapter, from a friend or something?

If all else fails you may need to contact Acer and send the machine and/or the power adapter for servicing. Ideally if the machine has a power adapter they could ship it to you directly, but I don't think they work that way.

You might also check on the surge arrestor strip, a lot of those include a warranty that cover items connected that fail due to a power surge... Your system has a power brick, like a laptop does but a bit more powerful. If you have access to a VOM you could verify it's putting out the correct voltage, 19V. It's tougher to check for the appropriate amperage, your should provide either 65W or 90W of current, depending on your SKU.
