I'm having problems with my laptop and I want to reset it through acer care center. Will my warranty be voided if I reset my laptop?

Not at all, reset away if you need to.

Even if you deleted everything in the hard drive or SSD that your computer has and installed whatever OS you wished to install, your warranty would still remain intact.

If you ran into problems at some point, their tech support team could ask you to re-install Windows for example, if you deleted everything to install Linux; but since you'll remain in Windows and their version at that there's nothing else to be done.

All resetting does is getting rid of the programs you installed yourself (you'll have a list of them in the desktop when the reset is done, for your reference) and the computer will be as if it was turned on for the first time (plus your data, I believe things you have in your Downloads, Pictures, Documents, etc. folders remain too).
