Predator x34 USB hub intermittent

Hello,

I have had my x34 display for a few years now and only started using the built in USB hub. When using devices connected to the USB Hub (connected to PC via the included USB Type B cable) they can become unresponsive when left to idle for a while and i will need to disconnect the hub from the PC to get devices to work again. The devices might start working again if i keep using them for a while (keep spaming keyboard strokes or drawing circles with my mouse) but this is rare. I am experiencing this issue on 2 different computers. Keyboard disconnected during proof reading of this question.

Is there any chance the cable isn't solidly seated at both ends?
