ACER IS GIVING WORST USER EXPERIENCE Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-52)

I bought my laptop on 5/7/19.The model is Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-52).After two months of usage some keys on it wasn't working properly , so i registered a complaint and the keyboard was replaced.Again after 8 months, even after the replacement of keyboard ,it was completely not working. When I turn on the laptop it shuts off automatically (power key failure ).Again I registered a complaint and the service center told me that the keyboard has short circuit issue and they ordered for the whole uppercase keyboard unit ,but only the keyboard came and it was replaced.Now after only 3 months of use after replacement of keyboard the same problem again happened and laptop isn't turning on( same keyboard short circuit issue ).IT IS THE THIRD TIME I AM FACING THIS SAME ISSUE .WHY IS ACER SENDING DEFECTIVE UNITS TO CONSUMERS?.

    I am very sorry to hear that you're experiencing this, is your computer in the service center now?
