helios 300 2020 RTX2060's version

when i'm just browsing , watching videos on the youtube or maybe installing a program the is 45 up to 55 is that normal for this version
here is the current temperature while i'm just typing the question when i run cinebench there's three core gets above 90 is it normal or not if it's not is there's something that i can do to fix it or should i return it i didn't install triple a games yet so need to know if the laptop is going to handle them with these temperatures

    crazymaddex have you already optimised your windows and undervolted with TS not xtu if not please do so and running high intensive cpu/gpu software its normal as its using the full capacity of both that doesnt happen in real life while gaming some games use more cpu some more gpu all depends on the devs optimisation if done properly on normal gaming cpu shouldnt go above 85'ish and sgpu 70/75 max also make sure the back is lifted 2/3" for a proper airflow eitehr way good luck :)

    no i didn't and i really don't know how these things are done so if u can do me any further help learning how to do these steps i would be grateful
