Getting very weird, choppy frames while gaming. Not sure what the exact issue is, have tried a variety of solutions but none of them seem to work.
Here's a small video of what I mean, showed up after I installed a second 8x RAM. Since have removed it

What I've tried so far

Reset PC/Update all drivers
Reinstall the games
Run games from HDD/SSD
Reinstalling the RAM/Changing the slots

Problem shows up on The Division, Wildlands, Warframe and CSGO. Doesn't appear on Battlefield 4 surprisingly. Here's a video to explain it better.

PC Specs :
GTX 1050Ti 4GB
8GB HyperX Ram
1TB HDD/128GB SSD
i5 - 8300H 2.1Ghz (4.0 with Turbo)

OS : Windows 10 Home Edition

P.S All drivers have been updated, using the built in sound driver because the Realtek driver was giving me issues. No mouse drivers installed - I use Synapse 3, normally.

GrozzaL completely normal you cannot expect much from a 1050ti its completely outdated i have one i know exactly what im talking about just play on the lowest specs to get the better fps also your ram its not enough you need 16gb dual channel minimum either hyperx or vengeance and optimise your windows properly and undervolt with TS if you havent already check here also having all drivers updated its not always good not always whats newer its better i would use a nvidia much older driver on a 1050ti as its an old gpu newer drivers have nothing added to improve it they are only optimised for the latest gpus they might perform worse in fact im still using 416.94 myself only updated once from the acer stock because it wouldnt run BF5 and black ops never updated again and never had any issues windows updates completely disabled since the first day i updated from stock version and still on 1809 and bare in mind windows updates screw up more than they fix disable windows from updating drivers/firmware or even completely only update whatever you need when needed and manually good luck :)
