I have given my laptop for repair 2 months back, via new zealand post arranged by the service team. Still now its not been repaired. They are still waiting for the spare parts to repair my laptop. All i have with them is email conversations which i do every week. Is my laptop safe and how long will i need to wait for ?.

You should go ahead and contact Acer Support in NZ again. My guess is they're likely waiting on parts and like everything else this year the parts delivery is backed up, either sitting on a ship still or in customs.
I just this week received a letter mailed in Latvia on March 28th...

    Hi joseph1111antony,

I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately, we might be experiencing some delays in repair due to the unprecedented global situation we are all experiencing, parts orders can be delayed and held in customs for additional time and we are unable to do anything until they release the lots. You need to keep checking periodically with your local support channels for any updates, the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. Many Acer employees (Moderators), read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate, primarily we want the community to be a place where members can exchange their own advice and ideas.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause you,
