I don't  know if i can explain the problem well, but my laptop makes a tick noise when i pick it up holding its back side. I'll attach a video (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vbWbgSsz2_Hj2HkMduZGRP3sku6ypUgE/view?usp=sharing) showing the problem.I Bought Acer aspire 7 A715-75g a month back and since then it was sitting on my desk, until today, when i have to move it to a silent place for a video conference. The noise is concerning. Would have returned the device if i noticed it earlier. Laptop itself have no issues. But i think there might be some screw or something like that which is touching the real panel and maybe if i press it will harm motherboard. Please help me out.
Regards,
Kritin.

It would've been much better to return it to the vendor within the vendor's RMA returns policy period, usually only a few weeks. Thus at this point, I cannot recommend warranty repair with no other issues since it sounds to me like a rather minor case flexing which is normal for plastic laptop enclosures. Please be aware that any warranty service will at leasst involve shipping charges. If it was mine, I'd simply continue using the laptop normally unless serious issues arise before the one-year warranty expires. Jack E/NJ

JackE are you sure it is just a minor flex and nothing like loose internals or screws? In my country due to lockdown , i cannot visit the service centre anyway, so i will use it as it is. Just want to confirm this if it is something serious!? There is no problem otherwise! I got this for $720 with all the offers. The next best alternative with same specs was $960, so cant complaint much on built😬🙄.

All I can say is that It sounds to me like a rather minor plastic flexing. But I cannot give you a 100% guarantee. Jack E/NJ
