Low gpu usage on Minecraft and low frame rate

My Laptop is Predator Helious 300 or Predator PH315-51. When i play minecraft on 1.8.9 version i always get not more than 80 fps (normally gtx1060 in minecraft get more than 300 fps) because of low gpu usage and low cpu usage and when im recording all both gpu and cpu usage are lower. IDK why my PC make gpu usage lower when i use a little bit of cpu like texting in discord make my game fps' drop. Can anybody help me plz.

I have every tried downloading recommended gpu driver from acer but that not fixed still low gpu usage on minecraft (only minecraft)

Does the same problem occur when installing the latest versions of the intel intel and nvidia drivers? Also, do this:

a) put the power plan in high performance;

b) place the minimum and maximum performance of the processor, both on the battery and on the power adapter, at 100% in the power options;

c) disable batteryboost in the geforce experience;

d) place the nvidia video card for maximum performance on the nvidia control panel;

e) place the intel video card for maximum performance on the intel control panel;

f) check the graphic settings:

ozone1234 if you havent messed up with it it previously  should be on max by default on performance mode its on the powerplan advanced settings processor power management (please dont mess with it anything less than 100% will disable your turbo boost) also if you say thsi happens only on this game setup the game on nvcp manually to run on the dgpu only and check the game dev forums and support as i suspect this is a devs fault bad optimisation i have saw similar issues even on a 2060 so again that makes me think its a game issue also are u streaming the game while you play that might be an issue too good luck

ozone1234 to learn more bout your particular bosd you should get bluescreen viewer and identify the exact file causing it google for it  and maybe open a thread on microsoft support they would be able to help more as its their own OS good luck
