Hi all, i've come to a thread similar to my problem, but my solution is not posted there, so i make this thread for people who have the same problem as i am.
https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/578028/why-does-i-encounter-shut-down-sleep-problems-in-my-acer-nitro-5-an515-52 So i've bought Acer Nitro AN515-43 for about 2 weeks now, the problem is when I shut down or sleep the laptop, the screen goes black and it freezes giving nothing but the black screen. But fans and power LED (blue light) keeps on working. So, I have to keep on pressing power button to force shut down my laptop which is harmful to the hard drive. I came to know the it's something regarding intel management engine interface driver.
Here's my specs if there's needed

Windows 10 Home
AMD Ryzen 7 3750H 2.30GHz
GeForce GTX 1650
