    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing delays with the repair. I can certainly understand the frustration, however, I can assure you that working diligently on providing better service and improving, please keep in mind that due to the unprecedented times we are all living in (COVID-19), some service centers may experience delays in parts ordered etc.
