Do Acer Nitro 5 laptops really have glitters on the touchpad and the body?

So I was cleaning the laptop (AN515-43-R2WK) and I noticed the touchpad and the body has some kind of glitters. You can't see it clearly unless you use a flashlight

I tried using a brush and a microfiber cloth but I can't get it off. And then I wondered if this is part of the matte skin of the laptop. I hope this is not a build up dust that I can't able to remove.

Also, I got a stain that I can't removed and it is not visible unless I use a flashlight again. i used a brush and microfiber cloth again but no luck. Do you guys have any thoughts about the glitters? Also about the stain that I can't. I would love to hear your cleaning techniques especially to a matte surface. Thank you in advance for the replies.

Hi,
The glitters is normal, wipe the surface with wet tissue, make sure that no water seeps through the gaps in the keyboard, don't use any chemical based cleaners on the laptop surface.
