I was cleaning out my laptop like usual and I opened the bottom and clean everything and then booted my laptop there was a message saying “no bootable device,” I went into bios to fix it and I was messing around trying to fix it and all of a sudden when I reopened bios the hdd info was gone, is just said “non” for the hdd and ssd slots. I tried following YouTube tutorials to no avail, I also tried switching to legacy mode but my laptop didn’t have that feature, it could maybe a drop of water that fell on a blue mother board, although I doubt it because it has less then a drop and I dried  it up pretty fast, or it could have been something wrong with my hdd maybe, I think it might have my ssd when I removed it, but I put it in back correctly so I don’t know. Any help is appreciated.

Remove the charger. Remove the base cover agair. Disconnect the battery connector from the mainboard. To the left of the battery you'll see the HDD. Remove 4 screws from the HDD frame. Lift the HDD & frame up and re-seat its ribbon cable connector a half dozen or so times. If you can easily reach the other ribbon cable connector on the mainboard, reseat too the same way. Then button it back up and try it again. Jack E/NJ
