Bios still locked after removing cmos

The past 2 months have been getting more trash, first my laptop doesnt want to cooperate, now the bios doesn't want to, I let the CMOS battery sit for 20 minutes, nothing happened. I need help ASAP or im gonna abandon hope in my laptop

    To be succinct, you are the guy/gal that has a laptop in which all of its BIOS has been greyed out and you can't do anything over there even when no password seems to be set right?

    I have no idea how you got there, but there must be something we could do. Let's see, and forgive me if I ask questions you have answered already but I can't follow all of the threads, can you check in the BIOS if you have the boot menu enabled by any chance?

    I could provide you with a live Windows environment from which to boot from and try flashing the latest BIOS revision, seeing if that changes anything. I'd need to know whether the system is configured for Legacy or UEFI too.
