Hi there.

Today I bought a brand new C-27 Aspire all in one PC and I decided to upgrade windows to keep it up to date.  It rebooted a few times then rebooted again and now I get nothing but a black screen.

Ive rebooted several times and also disconnected the power to no avail.  Can someone help me and point me in the right direction on what I may need to do?

Thanks

Aaron

Hi there again.  Ive tried the windows key +Ctrl + Shift + B and the screen blinks but still nothing.  I can see and move the mouse pointer but thats it.

Ive looked to try and do a boot from USB using Microsoft Media Creation tool but didnt want to mess with the BIOS - for some reason I cant boot from USB or select it to.  Im really hoping someone can help..  Thanks

Do you know which Aspire C27 model you have? It should be something like C27-890-xxxx. If you can get into BIOS and see the mouse pointer you're likely just having software issues instead of hardware, which is a good thing. :) Let's take a look at your BIOS settings to make sure they are all where they should be. Could you take pictures of each page for us? Blank out the serial number and SNID if it's shown.

In that Boot screen try setting Fast Boot to Disabled. Likely the issue is with a Windows driver, but that forces things to load a bit slower...
