So I was watching an nba game in youtube and suddenly there goes my laptop, I force shutdown it since I can’t move anything. This only happened twice, one was from after I played a game and left for an hour or so. Then I heard it screeching with green, red barcode-like lines in screen so I immediately force shutdown it. Here’s a picture of it:

Rick2015 i would advise you to backup everything u need and perform a stock recovery clean install ALT+F10  on boot and delete everything option assuming your recovery partition its still intact to completely rule out any software issues and disable windows from updating drivers/firmware or even completely if the issue persist after i would assume it would be a hardware issue a faulty dgpu most probably if this is the case and youre still on warranty at this point i would contact acer support directly and send it to get it diagnosed if out of warranty its much more complicated and really expensive most probably not worth it also dont forget to try it via hdmi to see if this issue also happens and check on nvcp if youre using the igpu or the dgpu as default device either way good luck :)
