so i have had this laptop well over 1-2 weeks now and i've already upgraded it's ram (not that it's essential in this topic), but i only have a few questions about it's battery

1. why does it always have over half percentage of battery life whenever i start it up? i keep it on charge ever since i boot it up, and after shutting down. the battery gets a full 100% throughout the charging, but whenever i open the laptop the next day, it's at 50% or less. why?

2. is it safe to keep thhe charger on for the whole day?

thank you!

    1. Most probably it does a soft shutdown therefore battery is consumed
    2. You can use it like that for the whole life of the battery(some discharging cycles would be needed thou)

    1. is it okay to keep that enabled? or should i disable it? if so, how to disable?
    2. what are these discharging cycles and how do i do these?

    1. It is ok, but if you want to disable you have to disable fast boot in BIOS and fast startup in windows
    2. This means to use the laptop on battery untill the battery goes below 15%

for 1, i'll leave it be i guess.
for 2, how often do i have to do it?

Well you can never do it  but it is good for the battery, so it is up to you.
BTW for almost an year I didn`t had it once and don`t have issues whatsoever
