hey guys , i bought a used  "Acer switch one 10 model n15p2" the owned had no keyboard body only the tablette. everything was working fine for few days.
for a whole month i used USB OTG to connect a keyboard and mouse '' the touchscreen was working fine" , one day i charged it with a usb cable '' vooc cable from Oppo " and it charged without a problem , in the morning the battery was 100% so i went ahead and  connected the OTG cable but it didn't work so i thought maybe there's something wrong with my OTG cable so i changed that and nothing i tried to connect it to other smartphones and it worked like a charm. so as a phone '' repairing and flashing guy" i opened the tablette to see if i can fix it.
let say that the battery is 80 % i removed the battery plug and plug it again and left it there for few hours when i got back tha battery was 40 % ?
i tried to drain the battery to 0 % and charge it again and it never passed 55 % '' using the mini usb '' i don't have the original 12 v charger . my usb doctor says it drawing 1 amps but the battery is stuck at 53 % even if i left it to charge for hours it got super hot. to sum up my problems with this freaking tablette :
1- USB OTG not working
2- Battery never got over 55 %
3- The battery drains even when unpluggin it and re-pluggin it without turning it on
3a- there's an unkown chip that get super hot when just pluggin the battery i'll attach a picture of it.
by the way i'm sure that VOOC cable did all these problems because it has a diffrente pins as of the normal usb cable let say the samsung one , and the reason why i used it because i use it to fast charge my smartphone and almost everything that has a mini usb
is there a way to diagnos the chip responsible for the OTG connection or just to fix this overheating problem '' overheating while completly turned off ''
thanks

There should be a more detailed model number on it, something like SW1-011-xxx? I can't tell how many contacts that chip has, but it could easily be a voltage regulator, it certainly looks big enough to be part of the power circuit.

I'm trying my best to connect a keyboard via 9 pins at the bottom of my tablet , i manager to turn on the keyboard but for a split second.
the way i did that is to cut a usb keyboard cable and using 4 needles i manager to turn the keyboard on but just for a split second and pressing random keys didn't work since it was not connected properly , i just want to know which pins are 5v+ , - , data + and data - and then i'll solder a cable and use a usb hub to formate the tablet with windows 10 , i got android 10 installed and i want to revert back to windows 10 since i can't connect my usb hub using Otg i looking for help to figure out the diagram for those 9 pins at the bottom , by the way i have only the tablet and no original keyboard .
Is there a way to know which pin is which? This is the only way for me to format this tablet i need it for my kids since they love to play games with it
